Caroline and Carole will be offering free neck and shoulder massages and hand massages, as well as healing at the Up Country Garden Centre free wellbeing event on Saturday 27 July. We will be joined on the stand by two of the Vinings’ other therapists – Sophia our homeopath and Reiki master, and Janine our nutritionalist and naturopath.

Carole will be leading a meditation & relaxation session at 2pm.

Sophia Russell has announced two new dates for her successful trainings in Reiki. Both dates are in August and the Practitioner Course is on 3rd, so not much time left to book.
